Our hotel clients require specialist knowledge and expertise. We act for many of the country’s 5-star establishments, and have advised on new openings, site acquisitions, and major refurbishments. 

 

We continue to provide a dedicated service covering all their regulatory requirements. 

Our clubs division has been instructed on the ground up development of mega-venues including Europe’s largest restaurant and club.

We have also established the necessary planning consents to convert two historic clubs into a well-known and popular London venue. Our brief covers adult clubs and mainstream night clubs. 

We have acted for one of the US’s largest venture capital companies on their acquisition of major hotel chains, and have advised the developers of Camden Lock and the surrounding markets in London. We have assisted developers on the acquisition of a recent Mayfair leisure complex, and the re-branding of a large multi-use parcel of land in South Kensington.

We advise pub groups on planning, licensing and regulatory matters, including an estate of over 2,500 managed pubs, where we ensured that many availed themselves of later trading licences and improved regulated activities.

Our extensive restaurant division has helped celebrity chefs establish their world-famous premises and Chef’s Tables. We work with many chains, both listed and privately owned, assisting their expansion programmes and advising on best commercial practice.

We are delighted to be involved with the current redevelopment of Brixton Market, as well, the revival of Wandsworth Town Centre by one of China’s principal property developers and one of the top 10 largest real estate developers in the world.
